Our manufacturing plant at Shed No-2, Plot No-424/425, Gam Road, near Gandhi Farm, Gamdi, Ahmedabad is purpose-built for high-efficiency Electric Arc Furnace steelmaking. The facility includes: a 10 MT EAF, a Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) for secondary metallurgy, a continuous casting machine (CCM) for billets, and a full in-house OES spectrometry laboratory.

A transparent, 6-step quality-controlled process — from verified scrap selection to dispatched and certified billets.

⚖️ Scrap Selection & Grading
Only pre-qualified, OES-verified scrap enters our furnace. Carbon steel scrap is segregated from stainless and alloy scrap. All incoming material is weighed and documented.

🔥 EAF Melting
Scrap is charged into our Electric Arc Furnace and melted at temperatures exceeding 1600°C. EAF technology is 74% more energy-efficient than traditional blast furnaces.

🧪 Ladle Refining (LRF)
Molten steel is transferred to the Ladle Refining Furnace for secondary metallurgy — fine-tuning chemistry, adding alloying elements, and ensuring uniform composition.

🏗️ Continuous Casting
Steel is cast into billets or slabs using our continuous casting machine. Casting speed and cooling rate are controlled by SCADA systems for consistent cross-section and internal quality.

🔍 Cooling & Inspection
Passed billets are cut to specified lengths, bundled, weighed, and dispatched with full documentation including Heat Number, Chemical Analysis Report, and Weight Certificate.

📦 Dispatch & Certification
Molten steel is transferred to the Ladle Refining Furnace for secondary metallurgy — fine-tuning chemistry, adding alloying elements, and ensuring uniform composition.
