🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a Steel Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, production, and quality control of steel products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor steel manufacturing processes.
- Optimize production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports on production data, performance, and process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial/Civil Engineering (or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in steel manufacturing / heavy industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of steel production processes, metallurgy, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in CAD tools, production software, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
