1. About BR Enterprise 

BR Enterprise (“the Company”, “we”, “our”) is a registered business entity operating as an industrial scrap metal dealer, non-ferrous metal trader, and steel products supplier, based at Shed No-2, Plot No-424/425, Gam Road, near Gandhi Farm, Gamdi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382435. Our operations include scrap metal buying (ferrous and non-ferrous), metal trading, and IS:2830 certified MS Billet manufacturing via our EAF facility in Gamdi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.thebrenterprise.in and all business transactions, enquiries, and commercial interactions with BR Enterprise. 

2. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or entering into any commercial transaction with BR Enterprise, you confirm that: 

  • You are at least 18 years of age or a legally authorised representative of a registered business entity. 
  • You have the authority to enter into binding commercial agreements on behalf of your organisation. 
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of India. 
  • You understand that scrap metal trading and B2B industrial transactions are governed by commercial law and industry-specific regulations in India. 

3. Our Services 

BR Enterprise provides the following services to industrial clients, scrap sellers, and business partners: 

  • Scrap Metal Buying: Purchase of ferrous scrap (HMS 1&2, carbon steel turnings, cast iron, demolition steel) and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminium, brass, zinc, lead) from verified industrial sellers across Gujarat and pan-India. 
  • Metal Trading: Trading of steel products including Hot Rolled Coils, Wire Rods, structural steel, and MS Billets to re-rolling mills, fabricators, and construction companies. 
  • MS Billet Manufacturing: Production and sale of IS:2830 certified Mild Steel Billets (Fe410, Fe500, Fe550 grades) from our EAF plant, serving re-rolling mills across India. 
  • Website and Enquiry Platform: Our website at thebrenterprise.in serves as an information and enquiry platform. It does not constitute an e-commerce or retail sales platform. 

4. Pricing and Quotations 

All prices quoted by BR Enterprise are: 

  • Valid only on the date of quotation unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. 
  • Subject to final verification by OES testing (for scrap purchases) and certified weighbridge measurement. 
  • Exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST at prevailing rates will be charged on all taxable supplies. 
  • Subject to revision based on LME (London Metal Exchange) movements for non-ferrous metals. 

BR Enterprise does not guarantee pricing continuity from one transaction to the next. All pricing reflects current market conditions at the time of the specific transaction. 

5. Transactions and Payment 

All commercial transactions with BR Enterprise are governed by the following terms: 

  • Payment for scrap purchases: BR Enterprise typically processes payment within 24 hours of verified lot acceptance via RTGS/NEFT to the seller’s registered bank account. Payment timelines for specific transactions will be confirmed at the time of agreement. 
  • Payment for outbound sales: Payment terms for MS Billet and steel product sales are agreed in writing at the time of purchase order confirmation. Standard terms are advance payment or LC (Letter of Credit) for new buyer relationships. 
  • GST compliance: All transactions are subject to applicable GST regulations. BR Enterprise is GST-registered and issues proper tax invoices with correct HSN codes for all transactions. 
  • Disputed transactions: Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. 

6. Use of Website 

Our website at thebrenterprise.in is intended for informational and business enquiry purposes only. By using the website, you agree to: 

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes related to genuine business enquiries or transactions with BR Enterprise. 
  • Not copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission from BR Enterprise.

8. Limitation of Liability 

BR Enterprise’s liability in connection with any transaction or business interaction is limited to the value of that specific transaction. We are not liable for: 

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from a transaction delay, cancellation, or quality dispute. 
  • Market price movements between the date of quotation and the date of transaction completion. 
  • Loss of profit, loss of production time, or business interruption arising from any supply delay or quality issue. 
  • Inaccuracies in website content that do not directly relate to a confirmed commercial transaction. 

9. Force Majeure 

BR Enterprise shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemic-related restrictions, power supply disruptions, or major logistics failures. In such cases, BR Enterprise will communicate with affected parties as promptly as possible and work toward an equitable resolution. 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with BR Enterprise, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

11. Changes to These Terms 

BR Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our website at thebrenterprise.in with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
